Morning young and Joliz!  Aww what a cute little squirrel! ♥  

The rain is supposed to stop by tomorrow and Tuesday is supposed to be sunny and 11° ~ so I do believe it's on it's way Joliz....we can look forward to that young.

Time to get ready for Home...should be an easy walk with the wind at my back...at least it's good for something lol.

Good morning ladies, nice to catch up with you all.  I've only just crawled out of bed and caught up here.  Missed Mass today.  Woke up around 4:30 with one heck of a headache, and I took gravol along with the advil to beat the pain.  It worked, but always makes me so sleepy!

I will just **wave** to everyone, because I don't have the energy right now to comment on your posts, but I was happy to read them and see you are all doing well today Cheesy

Howdy doody! Had one less hour to work last night whooHoo! The night went fast! Looks to be sunny here today, the sun isn't quite up over the yardarm yet though, but the sky looks mostly blue! I don't know why I'm so happy about a sunny day, I will be sleeping most of it anyhoo, lol!

Good morning NA, and thanks re the headache.  It's gone now, benefits of my old(er)age.  They are much easier to make go away now.  Too bad you have to sleep away most of a sunny day.  One of the disadvantages of working the night shift, I guess.

Yup, I was told that as I get older, the frequency, intensity and duration of the migraines lessens.  Has proven true in my case, but I just wish they would go away completely.  If I had enemies, I wouldn't wish one on even them. Cheesy

A bit dreary outside...I looked outside at about 10 last night and it was snowing....no sign of it now the temps have gone up again - yayee!  Grin

It's official...I'm getting old...

Last night, my daughter's best friend since forever had her first baby...a boy (too funny...got pregnant probably on their wedding night or honeymoon...thought it would take 'longer'.  Her mother said, "We always told you it would take just 5 minutes!!!).  How does that make me feel old?  Well, with both my kids and their friends, several of them have gotten married but this is the FIRST baby in the group!!! 

 Wink

I have to tell y'all about a Gala held on Friday night ... I think it was called Grapes& Gourmet (or something like that Huh)  ..  Anyway, it was held at the Esplanade (fancy place here).. it was a fund
raiser for Autism.  My grand daughter is the VP of the Autisim Society and she was in charge of it.  It was (I guess .. didn't go) wine tasting, gourmet food, silent auction etc..  Get this ... they raised $18,000. for Autism!  The Kinsmen Club took a third, but they ended up with $18,000...  That is just fantastic Grin  It was something like $30,000. in total!!  Over 300 there and tickets were $70...  too rich for my blood..  She's just glad it's over because she has been working so hard for it and she & DH and kids are moving into their 'new; home at the end of the month ... Proud new Owners ... Her Mom, my DD also performed there too Grin

Weather here isn't too bad .. supposed to be 15 by Wednesday .. wind not blowing yet .. crosses my fingers Shocked

OB, congrats to your granddaughter and the final results all her hard work garnered for the Autism society out there.  That's just wonderful and you have every right to be proud of her.
